Each Toastmasters Club is made up of seven officer positions. The office holders make up the Club's Executive Committee.  NCR Toastmasters combines the Secretary and Treasurer positions, as well as the Public Relation and Membership positions.  Although each position has specific responsibilities, officers have in the past shared their duties as their skills allow. 

The President is the Club CEO. Duties include:

 

The Vice President Education is in charge of the Club's educational program:

 

The Vice President Public Relations is in charge of publicity for the Club:

 

The Vice President Membership is responsible for building a growing and satisfied membership:

 

The Secretary is responsible for Club records and correspondence:

 

The Treasurer is the Club's finance officer:

 

The Sergeant at Arms is in charge of physical arrangements for the Club:

 

NCR Toastmaster officers serve 12-month terms running from July through June. The District provides officer training during July-August and January-February -- four or more officers are asked to attend each session.
